Your window coverings are covered for 2 years from date of purchase. This plan is extended to the original purchaser for the original product purchased only.

No matter if your children play football indoors and your window coverings become a casualty of the game, or your pets decide to use your window coverings as a chew toy or scratching post, we’ll replace your window coverings with our hassle-free claims process. No Questions Asked!!!
Mechanical breakdown or accidental damage to window coverings during normal residential use:
- Failure of internal tilt mechanism
- Failure of internal lift tension
- Damaged parts (Ex. Tilt wands, valance clips, hold down brackets)
- Damaged blind slats
- Slat discoloration
- Damaged valances
- Damaged tension strings
- Damage caused by kids or pets
*Claim Details:
2″ White Faux Wood Corded Blinds: 4 Blinds per year maximum.
Roller Shades: 3 Shades per year maximum with a $99 deductible.
Shutters: 2 Shutters per year maximum with a $149 deductible.
