Estimating Service Deliverables:

Our standard deliverable for takeoff measurements and estimates for window coverings includes an excel spreadsheet of widths, lengths, and total quantities of the following:
• All windows in units
• All doors in units
• All amenity areas
• All stairwells
Important: Turnaround time is 7 days. Any modifications to the standard deliverables above must be specified in the comments section below. Transoms are excluded from all window and door measurements as they are not typically covered. Amenity area specifications may exceed what’s provided in planning documents – please consult your General Contractor before submitting project proposals.

• $275 for multifamily or commercial projects with 7 levels or less
• $425 for multifamily or commercial projects with 8 levels or more
I understand and accept that this service includes takeoff measurements and estimates for window coverings per the plans or link I provided. I authorize H2H Blinds to assess the applicable fee at month-end as a Labor Transfer to the requesting Branch.
