Q: Where do I pick up my blinds?
A: You can pick up your blinds at the designated pick-up location: 2150 Cedars Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043. Once you arrive, follow the H2H Customer Pickup signs to the warehouse-side of the building. Pull into the customer pick up space and remain in your vehicle. An associate will be notified of your arrival and assist you.
Q: What if I am unable to make my appointment time or running late?
A: If you are unable to make your appointment time or you will be late to your appointment, you can text us at 678-628-0784. In your text, please include your name, order number, and when you expect to arrive.
Q: What if the blinds I received do not fit my windows?
A: Due to the customization of Same Day Pickup orders to your submitted measurements, all sales are final unless a warranted defect is determined. We encourage all customers to reference the ‘How To Measure’ and ‘How To Install’ guides provided on our website prior to submitting their order.
Q: Who do I contact if I have installation questions that cannot be answered by the resources provided on the website?
A: All questions can be emailed to email@example.com. Once of our team members will reply to your inquiry as soon as possible.
Q: How do I change/cancel/add to my order?
A: Changes or cancellations can be made prior to 11:00 A.M. on the scheduled day of pick up by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Additions can be made through the website as a new order.
Q: How does the pricing work?
A: The price per blind is for a single blind. A single blind is 50″ wide or less. Any blind 50.25″ wide or greater is priced as two single blinds.
