In order to better serve you, please review the H2H Blinds Scheduling Policy below before submitting your request.

If you have an existing appointment within the next 24 hours and need to make an adjustment, reschedule, or cancel, please call our office at (770) 220-7800. If leaving a message, please include the Builder, Community, and Lot of the job.


  • We require at least 3 business days between request and installation. Next-Day requests cannot be accommodated.
  • For Builders with Scheduling Portals, we only adhere to the requested installation date provided in the portal.
  • Call-in or Email requests with installation dates different than the Builder’s scheduling portal cannot be accommodated.
  • For Builders without a scheduling portal, installation requests must be submitted using the form below.
  • Purchase Orders with inaccurate quantities, window locations, or pricing may cause a delay in scheduling until corrected
  • A Cancellation/Trip Fee of $150 will be charged to Customers for “Dry Runs” or jobs confirmed for install but not ready upon Installer arrival
